Ducati Cagiva Textile Jacket with Kevlar
Description
this Jacket has some history. In 1985 Caviga (another Italian motorcycle manufacturer) bought Ducati with plans to rebadge it to Caviga but ended up keeping the Ducati name. In 1996, Ducati was purchased by a U.S. private equity firm. Then in 2008 Harley-Davidson purchased Cagiva only to sell it back to the son of the former owner in 2009. This jacket, which is unworn with all of its tags is from the early to mid 1990 Caviga ownership period. It is a textile jacket (teflon) with kevlar reinforcements and a fleece liner with many nice features. It is an extra large size and unlike many European brands does not run small, The jacket was manufactured by SIMA in Germany.
